Part 3., that was originally published by Audioproducer Magazine, 2002 ¹5.. Following is the quote: “…in 1909 the management of joint-stock company «Gramophone» announced to its customers: «Among multiple forgers of our records there is one German company. Working by Russian orders it was selling records with «Diva» label in many cities of Russian Empire. Our lawyers and attorneys managed to stop by judicial means under the threat of penalty in 15 thousand marks and 6 months of imprisonment all further production of «Diva» records for Russian export until the end of hearing.»”.
