Records with such label were manufactured in 1916 by the Aprelevka’s factory of “RAOG” company under a special order of the “Skobelevskij Committee of Aid to Wounded and Sick Soldiers”. They used existing matrixes of “Metropol Record” company that built and owned the factory before WWI.
