I'm sure it's an NKTP number.
I think that this sort of label came in sleeves with MUZOB'EDINENIE on. Very similar to the KPO sleeves that just preceded them. For years I was puzzled why there were no Muzob'edinenie labels. I can suppy a photo.
What about the very primitive early Gramplast(t)trest labels* that are just black printing on white (probably on the reverse of a MT or KPO label)? We don't have any on the site, and I don't have any to scan.
