Tolchard Evans is Толчард! I met him years ago.

His wiki page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tolchard_Evans says that 'Erell Reeves' was a pseudonym for Stanley Damerell and Robert Hargreaves.

And Stanley Damerell was also a pseudonym. And the name he got married as was not his real name! A complicated character it seems.
