Кажеться, что здесь аранжировщик Владимир Григорьевич Захаров – слышал где-то эту песню в исполнении Хора Пятницкого. Кстати, песня времён гражданской войны.

Здесь Исаковский не нужен – стихи не его – народные времён Гражданской войны. А Захаров тоже скорее аранжировщик, чем автор.
