ДОСТАЛЬ, Андрей Евгеньевич (р. 21.VI.1925, с. Карымское Иркутской обл.) — рус. сов. поэт. Печататься начал в 1939. Автор сб-ков стихов «Утро» (1951), «Стихи и песни» (1957), «Сосны шумят» (1961), «Песня дорогу найдет...» (1961), «Россия. Партия. Весна» (1961). В своих стихах поэт воспевает родину, рус.
природу, высокие моральные качества сов. человека, его борьбу за мир. Большое место в лирике Д. занимает тема любви. Многие стихи положены на музыку: «Песня дорогу найдет» (1955), «Песня старых комсомольцев» (1957), «Помни!» (1957), «По слову Ленина» (1958), «Песня о мечте» (1961) и др.
