Хочу помочь.
Зжравствуйте Николай, яхочу помочь вам с датировкой данной пластинки. Сама запись была сделана в Германии в 1928-м году, у нас же - в СССР это танго переписали в 1932-м году, аналогично со второй стороной.

Yes, you're right! This record was pressed in Shanghai, as you can see at the downside of the label.
Many records in russian were recorded in China(especially in Harbin) for the russian emigrée market. But it's the first one I've seen pressed in Shanghai(Except Pathé label, which was centered on chinese recordings).
