только в оригинале она называется "а идиш лид фын румейнье / еврейская песня из румынии"

имхо, не знать этого Кремер не могла

более того, среди записанных ею в турции (в 1919 ?) пластинок есть ... "румейнише идн / румынские евреи" (самой записи я не слышал, но интуиция подсказывает, что это та же песня Варшавского)

так что о случайном "переименовании" речь идти не может. тем более, что "ди полише идн" она записала еще раз (но уже в сопровождении оркестра)

вот такой, дютехтив, однако...
