I think that this sort of label came in sleeves with MUZOB'EDINENIE on. Very similar to the KPO sleeves that just preceded them. For years I was puzzled why there were no Muzob'edinenie labels. I can suppy a photo.
What about the very primitive early Gramplast(t)trest labels* that are just black printing on white (probably on the reverse of a MT or KPO label)? We don't have any on the site, and I don't have any to scan.

I think it is an early NKTP series number. During some time after transferring MT to NKTP they used "the interim" labels similar by design with KPO ones. This caused the confusion. Now I created new sub-category "Interim labels" in "Gramplasttrest" folder and moved there all those records.
But different sides of records have different numbers present apparently at random. The Patorzhinskii 0x390 has that number and no others in the mirror, but the other side (0x391 on the label) has only -1703- in the mirror. This Milich has 0x123 on the label but only 1235 in the mirror. the other side has 0x125 and 1237 in the mirror.
I see there are some things that suggest to me that there is a Tsentropechat series and also a Muzpred series, as you say. The Muzpred numbers in the mirror always have - or _ either side, e.g. -2998-. Also, the Tsentropechat numbers use a mixture of number stamps of different sizes and designs. The 1 is small, the 7 and 0 are large. The Muzpred numbers seem to be all of the same size and style.
But if there are Tsentropechat numbers as high as 1237, does that mean that there are nearly a thousand sides recorded after the political recordings of 1921? I guess it's more likely that many of these numbers were used on existing pre-revolution recordings.

Либо (если это уже Музпредовская запись) Музпред вёл первое время двойную нумерацию : продолжал старую (Центропечати) и вел уже собственную (через 0 Х)
Лично я склоняюсь к первому варианту, т.к. на представленном здесь экземпляре этой пластинки на зеркале имеется только номер Центропечати, а на экземпляре, имеющемся у меня (как я понимаю, более позднем) имеется также и номер Музпреда
