Well this is extraordinary! They are quite different. I would say almost certainly that this one is RAOG/Metropol, and the Muztrest is a Soviet recording.

I still think that Ox was intended to be used for Soviet recordings and this is either a mistake or that the Soviet issue preceded the RAOG/Metropol reissue, and they reused the number. But why then issue the Soviet later?

As the performance and arrangement are so different I would also not assume that the performers are really the same as labelled in both cases.
