It's hard to read the label, but the original (wrong) details seem to say
'Symf. ork. op. Zimina'.

Could this be true? Wikipedia says the Zimin opera closed in 1917 but Sovyetsakaya Entsiklopediya says it continued as a state opera until 1924. So they might have recorded, even if nothing was published.

Can anyone read the conductor's name, after S. F. ?

The label says the conductor's last name is Ivanov, and maybe his first names are Semen Fedorovich (according to "Teatralnaya Moskva" (1930)). I also would be fascinated to hear the sound of the former Zimin Opera orchestra playing the International

From this site http://persona.rin.ru/eng/view/f/0/35758/zimin-sergey
"In 1922, Zimin managed to organize a joint stock company 'first free opera SI Zimin' (actually restore the former 'Zimin Opera'), where for two years, was delivered over 20 operas. In 1924 the theater was closed, the troupe brought to trial (but after the investigation is justified for lack of evidence), was confiscated by the collection of paintings Zimin."

So there was a "Zimin opera" at this time, during the NEP. It seems an odd choice of orchestra - could it be that no state symphony orchestras were in a good enough position organisationally to record? I remember reading Albert Coates about the Bolshoi's problems in 1919, but four years later maybe things were better.

But then, the recording equipment and expertise of 1923 don't seem good enough to make a usable recording of a 'symphony orchestra' even with the usual compromises of the acoustic period. So the recordings might have been made and labels printed, but the records might have been unissuable.

Just speculation and guesswork from me!

This should be in 'own recordings' - assuming that this means post-revolution recordings, and 'reissues' means reissues of pre-revolution recordings.
