Sailor's Hornpipe
This is a very well-known English folk tune, that was danced by sailors on deck. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Sailor%27s_Hornpipe

These Knushevitsky arrangements are amazing, and well played by a large military band in what sounds like an enormous hall. Not what I would have expected!
