According to label ("Nrbg.") the recording place was Nürnberg (Nuremberg).

Thank you! I updated the recording place though it's very strange: there is "Vienna" on the bottom of the label (in Russian) and the orchestra is Austrian...

"ВЕНА" and "Austrian" may just be given on the label for commercial reasons, as "Нюрнберг" and "Frankish (Франкское/fränkisch)" would have been less popular. Apart from this I don't know of any Vienna recordings around this disc, but there are matrices from München (Munich). That city isn't as far from Nürnberg as from Vienna.
