Not quite, rather "...with the revenge of Hell" ("Der Hölle" is genitive case, the subject of the sentence is "Rache")!
BTW there's a funny misprint on the label, which should read "Der Hölle Rache" (no final "n"!) - as it stands, it's literally "the THROAT (Rachen) of Hell"
