I think someone rated 3 points because of the exotism of the song. So, It's translated "Red Flower", or in russian, "Красный Цветок". In modern turkmen, It would be "Kyzyl Gul"
That's aprecious register of the ancient Turkmen song - I was looking for months after a Turkmen song record.
