Автор музыки и слов - рижский композитор Анатолий Плышевский. Во всяком случае его фамилию К.Т. Сокольский писал через букву "Ы".

Прошу прощения: это было по данным диссертации Indriķis Veitners, "LATVIJAS DŽEZA VĒSTURE (1922−1940)" -- но, судя по каталогам, на самом деле номер не 3426, а 3427, а на номере 3426 записан Пориньш. Просьба поправить.
