This recording has a special history for me, very late:
I was listening in my workplace when a fellow employee listened. "What a nice song" she said; "It's so old you may listen the record's crackle". "Yes, you do" I said, "Since this recording has around 100 years-old. It's very beautiful, isn't it?"
This was one of the most enenthusiastic moments since I've joined russian-records.com. I don't have - unfortunately - any russian shellac, but no matter it's russian, ukrainian, japanese, american... In Brazil we say that music is the Universal Language, and I think this music proves this by itself.
