I doubt the cellist Anton Hekking, because he recorded for Gramophone, Odeon, Pathé, Anker and Parlophon. The visible matrix number 2975 (under the label) does not match any of the companies. The ethnics should be French and perhaps German, as it’s an editing of the "Präludium in C-Dur" from Johann Sebastian Bach’s "Wohltemperiertes Clavier".
