The "5 Uschakow's" is a male quintett. And there is no female singer on the recording. It could be the name of the balalaika player. But "Gorskaja" is also noted on other records with the Uschakows, without mentioned a balalaika, although this instrument may be used. For example:

It is very unlikely that Gorskaja is balalaika player. It says:

Gorskaja with balalaika accompaniment.

Another meaning of Gorskaja is "adjective related to mountain people", i.e. something like "Gorskaja pesnja" - "a song of mountain people". But it does not work here as well.
