Here you can see the return of the Ukrainian war prisoners (also some musicians) from Wetzlar on march 3d 1918 - the recordings took probably place shortly afterwards on their way home on stopover in Berlin: https://www.filmportal.de/node/1196306/video/1197760
Maybe they recorded earlier, but in any case later than 10-1917, as matrices 19063 - 19068 L are by comedian Otto Reutter - his repertoire comes partly from the revue "Geh’n Sie bloß nicht nach Berlin" which was premiered in that month. Even 19048 - 19048 L are from an operetta first shown 06-10-1917. Does the linked text mention any visit to Berlin where the recordings surely took place? (Neither can I read Ukrainian nor Russian)

Unfortunatelly, in the article there is not information about recordings. But from the text it turns out, that the Lysenko society was active between autumn 1915 and spring 1917. That is why I put the mentioned years in the field "date of recordings". Of course, it is possible, that this society continued to exist also in 1917 and 1918 y.
