A friend of mine is a collector of early Swiss records and author of books about including history of record factories, labels etc. in Switzerland. What is the historic background of this sleeve? Was it a Russian company selling any records or a Swiss company as it seems to be. Is it a label? For Swiss records or Russian records? Thank you for any informations!

This "Swiss Gramophone Company" is not a record label. All what I can say is that it was a shop in Moscow on 65, Tverskaya street selling gramophones (maybe of Swiss origin?) and records. envelopes show that another shop had the same address - maybe, there were two shops in one house, or, maybe, the same gramophone shop changed owner. If so, the name "Swiss" was most probably just a fashionable "foreign" sign to attract customers...
