На этикетке не "П.", а "И."
И после Николая II -- точка.

Анатолий Васильевич Ленин (слова и музыка)

А название лучше передать "The tender kisses are forgotten", как у Набокова (в романе "Ada, or Ardor: A family chronicle"). Так оно и по смыслу точнее, и стихотворный размер сохраняется.
